Stronger Longer's Accountability Program is a group program, that meets twice a month, for hour long sessions. This ongoing program is designed to empower, support, and foster healthy eating and living habits.
Every other Tuesday, from 1-2pm est via Zoom, we will focus on the following:
✔️ Brief meditative exercise to begin the meeting and promote a relaxed environment
✔️ Group share
✔️ Personal goals for the next two weeks
